Our new Autumn-Winter prix fixe menu, featuring over 16 courses, is priced at $226 per person, which already includes a $31 mandatory service charge. This service charge, representing 15.89% of the base price of $195, is dedicated exclusively to covering operational costs, maintenance, and the Chef's direct service. Additional tips for servers are welcomed.

Effective January 1st, 2025, Iki Omakase will resume a deposit reservation system with a new menu at $195 per person, and will include a mandatory service fee of 19% for all items. This service charge is allocated towards operational expenses, upkeep, and direct service from the Chef. Guests are welcome to provide additional tips to our servers.

Our menu includes a minimum of 16 courses, with possible à la carte offerings at an additional cost or complimentary courses at the Chef's discretion, based on ingredient availability.

Late Arrival: Please note that we have a strict 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this time, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued unless approved by management for further delay. Thank you for your understanding.

Corkage is $65 per 750ml or smaller. $90 for 750-1800ml.

Buyout: please email us service@ikiomakasepaloalto.com. We can accommodate maximum of 10 people. We charge a mandatory room service fee of $600 for party of 8 or more.

Refund policy: For cancellation, you may manage on your Tock. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to your deposit.
