Our reservation system is ExploreTock. You may transfer your reservation to someone else in the event that you cannot make it. See our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation with more than 48 hours before your reservation time: Full Refund.

Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before your reservation time: 50% Deposit Withhold

Cancellation between with less than 24 hours before your reservation time: 100% Deposit Withhold

Your reservation is for 90 minutes of omakase experience only. Please understand that we serve all guests at the reservation time. Late arrival may greatly impact your dining experience as well as others. We do offer a 10 minutes grace period for late arrival. Any time beyond that must contact 415- for approval. Although we will do our best to help you catch up, we cannot guarantee your full experience due to our next reservation planning. Thank you for your kind understanding.
